Master Quoter is a quoting program developed specifically for the CNC/laser cutting/profile cutting/milling industries to be as simple to use as possible while providing quick and accurate cost estimations.

Master Quoter includes the following features:

  • Material and operating costs are entered into the configuration page and used for all quotes.
  • Configurations, quotes and parts can all be saved individually.
  • Quotes can contain any number of parts.
  • Configuration includes:
    • Load and unload costs
    • Pierce Cost
    • Unlimited number of materials and material thicknesses
    • Material costs per square meter, with separate costs for different thicknesses
    • Cutting costs per meter with separate costs for different thicknesses
    • Unlimited and configurable extras (eg. painting the job costs an additional $100)
  • Quotes contain the following fields:
    • Quoter - who made the quote
    • Customer
    • Quote number - auto generated integer, but it can be edited to suit your current systems
    • Freight cost
    • Sub total, GST and total automatically calculated from the included parts and freight.
  • Parts contain the following fields:
    • Description
    • Part number - auto generated and editable
    • Material type and thickness
    • Length and width of plate
    • Cut meters
    • Number of pierces
    • Load, unload and included extras check boxes
    • Quantity
    • Breakdown of unit cost, total with GST and total without GST
